A NEW BOARD TEAM ELECTED BY THE FOREIGN INVESTORS COUNCIL

The Foreign Investors Council, the association of the leading foreign investors in Romania, elected a new Board of Directors for the next twelve months at its recent General Assembly.
At its first meeting, the Board thanked Mr. Salvatore Candido, the outgoing President, for his contributions to the activities of the Foreign Investors Council during his mandate. Mr. Candido, Director, Romania for EBRD, has been closely associated with the growth and development of the Foreign Investors Council.

The Board elected Mr. Fergus Cass, Chairman of Unilever South Central Europe, as the new President of FIC. The Board also elected Mr. Christian Esteve, Renault Director for Eastern Countries, Mr. John Saunders, Chief Financial Officer of Kvaerner IMGB and Mr. Gilbert Wood, Managing Director of Hall, Dickler Romania as Vice Presidents.
