On Wednesday, November 29, Transilvania Bank launched a real
estate loan addressing companies, granting funds of up to EUR 200.000. The funds
will be used by clients to buy real estates - production spaces, medical, lawyer
or notarial cabinets, but also for living. The exploitation profit of the company
is taken into consideration when calculating the capacity to record debts, adding

Housing Bank observes Raiffeisen Housing Bank' model and will set up mobile
sale units
HVB Housing Bank, a specialized player on savings and housing
credits niche, is going to use mobile sale units, located in the big stores,
in order to promote their products. A similar action has also made Raiffeisen
Housing Bank (RBL), the other player on this niche, that has announced since
the last month this intention. Both of the banks are planning to arrange about

Bank launched a co-branded credit card in partnership with Mol Romania
Petroleum
OTP Bank launched the first co-branded credit card of its portfolio,
in partnership with the fuel supplier Mol Romania Petroleum. This is the the
first co-branded card launched by a bank in partnership with a fuel supplier
on the local market. The most aggressive players on the co-brand cards are BCR
and the consume credit division with BRD-GSG. Such cards have been also issued

Romexterra Bank is granting credits of up to RON 150,000 or
the equivalent in Euro to small and middle enterprises. The reimbursement period
stands at up to five years. The lending institution is financing 100% of the
investment made. Romexterra Bank's strategical shareholder is MKB Bank, subsidiary

Ruhrgas gave its approval on publishing the E.ON Gaz Romania privatization
contract
Germany-based E.ON Ruhrgas approved the publishing of E.ON Gaz Romania
privatization contract (former DISTRIGAZ Nord) and announced that it supports
the Romanian Government`s initiative for the transparency of privatization contracts
in energetic system. Stephan Kamphues, member of the board with E.ON Ruhrgas
International, said that, even though there is no consecrated international practice, " we
agreed with the contract being published. Through this action, we are showing
the commitments E,ON Ruhrgas made in Romania, in supplying gas in Romania ''.

Electricity price hikes as of December 1. Initially, the hike was
scheduled for the beginning of 2007, but it was slipped forward so that producers
do not record additional losses. The prices for household consumers and companies
with a low consumption will go 4.7% up. According to the National Regulatory
Authority in the Energy Segment, if prices had hiked in 2007, the producers'
