Bank will open this year three new units at the beginning of the year
The Carpatica Bank will open this year three new units at the
beginning of the year: at Turda, beginning with 05.01.2006, at Giurgiu, beginning
with 09.01.2006 and at Bucharest Pantelimon beginning with 10 January 2006. The
territorial network of the bank will count 119 units, placing the Carpatica Bank
on the seventh place in the bank top.
Piraeus Bank decreases the flats loans in EUR until a level
of 7.5% per year. The loan will be accorded in RON and EUR and the maximum
sum will be up to EUR 250.000. The loaning period will be up to 30 years
for loans accorded for the flats buying built after 1994 and also for the
construction of new accommodations.
The Libyan Bank Bloom, the majority stockholder of MISR Romanian
Bank, intentions to increase the capital of the Romanian affiliation. Bloom acquired
in December 2005 96.77% of the MISR Romania Bank shares, bank that owns wight
affiliations in Egypt and one in Romania.
BNR obtained in 2004 incomes from international reserves administration
of over EUR 198 millions. With its strategy, BNR look for a rentability of at
least 1% per year.
The
business environment disturbed by the Fiscal Code also this year
The introduction beginning with 1 January of the new Fiscal Code
is one of the few things thatt were made according to the fiscal law. This is
because the Fiscal Code contains an imperative decision that says tha " any modification
of the present fiscal code will be effectual beginning with 2006 ''.
UNPR
sustains the promoting of a new version of the patronage law
The promoting of a new version of the patronage law defends the
interests of some economical groups closed to the Government declared Marian
Petre Milut, the president of the National Association of the Patronage. According
to the modification proposed by the leaders and transmitted to MF and to the
Minister of Justice, a manager could be part of two patronages and a federation
could be part in at maximum two confederations.
Ten
companies will have the right to sign up insurances in agriculture
Ten companies will have the right to sign up insurances in agriculture,
according an order of the minister of agriculture. The list of the insurance
companies include: Ageas, Allianz Tiriac Insurances, Ardaf, Asiban, Asirom, Astra,
Carpatica Insurances, Generali Insurances, Omniasig and Unita.
Eur
1 million investments for the additives Adeplast
The Austrian company Multistar Prod, which produces additives and
concrete under the Adeplast mark, will invest this year approximatively EUR 1
million in the productivity increment of the factory from Oradea. The company
realized last year an increase of over 25% of the productivity.

The decision of the Appeal Court Bucharest regarding the suspension
of the orders, regarding the restructure of the hospitals, of the minister of
health, weren't canceled, it were just " suspended '', according to the lawyer
of the minister of transportation.
Even if almost a year has passed form quiting form PSD, the senator
Ioan Talpes, inaugurated a senatorial office. At the ceremony 100 people participated.
Ioan Talpes declared that in the future he hopes to be more efficient.
