Bank founded the accommodation investment fund Trieris Real Estate Fund
Piraeus Bank founded the flat investment fund, with a capital
of EUR 50 millions, designated to the South-Eastern Europe. The company is called
Trieris Real Estate Fund and it be sponsored mainly by Piraeus Bank investors.
The purpose of Trieris is to attract incomes, by investing in accommodation projects
with high productivity and in accommodation development.

Life Insurances reported a business increment of 44%, in 2005
In 2005, ING Insurances subscribed bonuses of over EUR
108 000, increasing with 44% comparing with the previous year. From these,
EUR 30 000 are brute bonuses subscribed from the so - called " private pension
insurances ''. Bram Boon, general manager at ING Insurances, declared that
is " very pleased with the changes made in the regulations for the private
pensions funds ''.

2005, the income of the insurance company Allianz-Tiriac increased with
23% comparing with 2004
Cristian Constantinescu, general manager of Allianz-Tiriac, declared
that in 2005, the company registered brute bonuses of " over EUR 220 000 ''.
The subscriptions increased with 23% comparing with 2004, when Allianz-Tiriac
had business of EUR 179 000.

Government approved the economical cooperation agreement with Moldavia
On 16 November 2005, the Government approved the economical industrial
and technical - scientifically cooperation agreement with Moldavia. The agreement
wants to identify the interest domains for a mutual cooperation. The cooperation
regards the industry and agriculture, the science and technology, the regional
development, the environment protection and the increment of the living level
in the two countries.
Eurotrend
will build a residential complex in Cluj-Napoca
Eurotrend will build, in the central area of Cluj-Napoca, a
residential complex of 18 villas, called Eden Residence, with a total surface
of 10 300 square meters. The invested area is EUR 4.5 millions. Alina Felezeu,
sales manager of Eurotrend, estimates that the project will be finished
in the fourth trimester of 2006.

The company Elbit Medical Imaging from Israel will develop " in the
next years '', in Romania, a network of shopping centers mark Plaza Centers.
The company regards the construction of two complexes of this type, in Bucharest
and the extension in other cities, with minimum 100 000 inhabitants. The company
is present on the Romanian market from 2000, with the Elcint company, major shareholder
at hotel Bucharest.

Industrial Workers '' consider that, by doing so, it is estimated that the Administration
