considers that, in 2006, the leasing market will register a 10-15% growth
rhythm and a higher increase rhythm, of around 20%, on the second-hand cars
leasing. The second-hand cars leasing market is in its incipient stage and
has a very high growth potential. This year will be the last one with such
large growths on the new cars sales segment, the increase being expected
to slow down as of 2007, as result of good-deal cars imports raising.

and inflation. He stated that, in 2007, the competition in the banking system
will register the highest level do far. Banks will finalize their group structures,
so that each of them will have leasing, insurances and investments funds activities.

Hateg
A natural person, Adrian Andrici, bought the major package
of shares (51.71%) of the company Haber Hateg, informs AVAS. The price at which
the auction concluded was RON 0.3055 per share, respectively RON 3,503,656,078.
For the first nine months of 2005, the company Bucur Bucharest
recorded RON 5,685,790 revenues from selling merchandise, representing 60.92%
of the exploitation revenues, and RON 3,502,014 revenues from rendering services,
representing 37.52% of the exploitation revenues.

According to the Association of Mailing Operators in Romania (AOCR),
the mailing services market will go 30% up in 2006, and will reach a total turnover
of about EUR 130 million. The providers of mobile telephony are among the companies
which resort most often to the services of rapid mailing.

drew up a plan that includes the new directions of the energy strategy
MEC drew up a plan that includes the new directions of the energy
strategy. The Ministry targets at speeding up the projects that represent the
solutions needed for diversifying the gas import sources and for creating additional
storage capacities. One of the directions is represented by the Nabucco pipeline
project, in which Romania participates next to 4 other countries. Another project
targets building the Arad-Szeged pipeline. Transgaz has already built 60% in
the pipeline on the Romanian territory. Romgaz Romania and MOL Hungary are negotiating
the long-term transportation contract for the project. At the same time, Romania
will increase its underground natural gas storage capacity. Other projects are
the pre-feasibility surveys owned by Petrom-OMV. They are targeting the possibility
of developing storage capacities of 640 million cubics on the Piscolt and Boldesti
structures.
Romgaz might raise its daily natural gas production by 1.3 million
cubics. The increase represents 2% of the national daily consumption. Thus, the
company replied to the request of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, of informing
on the possibilities of raising its production. The 2nd largest Romanian natural
gas producer, Petrom, is also expected to announce its proposals on raising the
internal production.

it seems that the 16% tax is here to stay. Until now was kept at the source
the 1% tax at the sale of shares which had a procuring price lower than
the selling price.

Casco, world leader in producing protection equipments, helmets and glasses for
athletes, is the first company to open a factory in the Industrial Park Satu
Mare.
The material features the stipulations of the Law on tobacco and
spirits advertising. The law forbids tobacco and spirits advertising within schools
and medical care units or on a radius less than 200 meters from them, measured
on the public road. Tobacco and spirits advertising is not allowed in the publications
addressing under-aged. Tobacco and spirits advertising is also prohibited if
addressing to under-aged; if featuring under-aged consuming these products; if
suggesting that spirits and tobacco products have therapeutic properties, incentive
or sedative effects or that they can solve personal problems; if providing a
negative image of abstinence; if underlining the alcohol content of spirits;
