Timken Romania
is the most modern bearing plant in Central and Eastern
Europe. Established in 1979, the facility, previously
known as Rulmenti Grei S.A, was meant
to support the large bearing needs of the Romanian
domestic market. Traditional markets served include
mining, oil field, construction, process industries
and power generation industries. Timken Romania manufactures
a range of Anti-Friction Bearing products between
the size ranges of 200 mm. and 2200 mm. The plant
is one of the Timken Company's primary manufacturing
sources of large bore cylindrical and tapered roller
bearing product solutions for the western, central
and eastern European markets.

become the primary center of expertise in the design,
manufacture & application solutions for our focused
markets.
