The Shell/ Royal
Dutch Group is almost 10 years active on
Romanian market. In this period the Shell Group of
Companies in Romania have developed activities in
the main areas of the Oil Product business, namely
Retail Fuels, Commercial/ Lubricants, Aviation&
LPG. As such the Group has invested around 220 mln.$
and has become the number two on the markets it operates
in, after state oil company SNP -Petrom.
Shell
Romania srl operates an expanding network
of 81 gas stations and Select stores throughout Romania,
and intends to increase its market share in retail
fuel sales from 13 percent to 20 percent.The Commercial
department is selling a wide range of imported/branded
automotive Lubricants Shell Helix/Rimula and also
industrial lubricannts.
