Oresa Ventures,
an investment company specializing in Central and
Eastern Europe was established in 1996 and listed
on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1997.
Oresa Ventures Romania, a wholly
owned Romanian subsidiary was set up in July 1997
for identifying and examining potential investment
opportunities in Romania.
Oresa seeks to invest in fast growing
small and medium sized enterprises with a first class
management team having a vision for its future development
into a leading company in its fields at the end of
three to five years.
Oresa offers its knowledge and expertise
to those companies, in which it invests in financial,
marketing and strategic management fields.
In Romania, Oresa Ventures invested
in Medicover, La Fantana, Churchill Media, Flanco,
Motoractive, Brewery Holding.
