- Assistance and support to investors for Hotel projects.
- Guidance during the building construction, renovation or upgrading processes
- Coordination with architects and interior designers, including development of concepts, reviews and analyses for restaurants & Lounges.
- Operational Management & Training assistance.
- Organisation and assistance of exclusive events
Kurt has started his company ADUCCO Management in 2009 and is a well-experienced hotel professional, who has been working in this industry since 1977.
Kurt has worked in several Hotel Management positions at various countries like Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Bermuda, Nigeria, Turkey, Bahrain, Russia, Spain and Romania, at famous hotels such as Marriott, Hilton and Renaissance Hotels, holding positions like F&B Manager at the Istanbul & Heidelberg Renaissance Hotel, Director of Operations at the Renaissance Moscow Hotel, General Manager at Mallorca Marriott Golf Resort & Spa and as well at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel from 2003 until July 2009.
Kurt is 48 years old, married, has 2 children and is since 2004 Board member of the Foreign Investors council. He serves as well on other Executive Committee boards, as the Austrian Business Club, United Way Romania, the Junior Achievement Program and is also member of the German and the American Chamber of commerce in Romania.
