Besides the function of Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hajdinjak is also in charge of the functions Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Legal, Communication, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.

Since 2005, Mr. Hajdinjak has been appointed on different Managing Positions (General Director / Deputy General Director / Administrator) within the E.ON Group in Romania.

Mr. Hajdinjak joined E.ON Ruhrgas, Germany in 1994 and held different Management Positions in the areas of Financial Controlling, Management Consulting and IT. During this period he gained international experience in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Before joining the E.ON Group, Mr. Hajdinjak worked for six years for FORD Motor Company, Germany and Great Britain, in the areas of Accounting, Product Development Controlling and IT.

He graduated the Westfälische-Wilhelms University in Münster, Germany as Diplom-Kaufmann / German MBA equivalent.

In addition, Mr. Hajdinjak is a Member of the Board of the German Romanian Chamber of Commerce and President of ACUE, a Bucharest based business and employers association for the energy sector.
